Key Disclosures
• Market Risk: All investments are subject to market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Investment Avenues: Capital may be deployed through listed/unlisted equities (stocks), real estate, peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, and WeberQ Premises initiatives.
• P2P Lending Holds & Reward Wallet: Amounts allocated to P2P lending may be placed on hold (fully or partially) while peer contracts settle. During such holds, interest continues to accrue and is credited to your Reward Wallet.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 7–15 working days from the date of valid initiation, subject to KYC/AML and operational cut-offs.
• Variable Returns: Returns are variable, depending on the underlying assets and strategies deployed by the platform. No fixed or guaranteed yields are promised.

Investment Policy

• Fees and charges for each investment product are disclosed transparently at onboarding or at the time of investment.
• Returns vary in line with asset performance and market conditions; no fixed yield is offered or promised.
P2P Lending — Holds & Reward Wallet
• Investments channelled via P2P lending may be held in full or partial suspension during peer-to-peer repayments or settlement processes.
• During such hold periods, interest continues to accumulate according to the terms of the chosen plan and is credited to your Reward Wallet on the specified cycle.
Withdrawal Policy
• Withdrawal requests are normally settled within 7–15 working days from valid initiation, subject to identity verification, AML/KYC checks and operational cut-offs.
• Certain withdrawal channels may involve processing fees, which will be clearly displayed at the time of request.
Late Payment & Penalties (Lending Products)
• Where you subscribe to a lending product, late fees or penalties—if applicable—are clearly disclosed in the specific documentation you sign.
